Use of plugins and tools<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>WPForms:<\/strong> Used for contacting us. Data is processed exclusively on our servers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Complianz:<\/strong> Cookie consent management, storage of your selection in a technically necessary cookie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Caching plugins (WP Super Cache \/ LiteSpeed Cache):<\/strong> Used for performance optimization. No personal data storage. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smush:<\/strong> Image optimization, processing on local servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wordfence:<\/strong> Security plugin, checks accesses for unauthorized attacks, processing IP addresses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yoast SEO:<\/strong> No storage of personal data.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Polylang:<\/strong> Storage of the language preference in a cookie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ditty News Ticker:<\/strong> Display of scrolling texts, no additional data storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>YouTube:<\/strong> Embedded videos run in enhanced data protection mode; data (e.g. IP address) may be transferred to Google.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>5. Disclosure of data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties, except:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have expressly consented (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a legal obligation exists (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>6.
